Trough Creek Community Adventurers 4-H Club

The Trough Creek Community Adventurers 4-H Club held a meeting at the United Methodist Church in Cassville on April 11, 2011. The meeting was called to order by club president Cora Waite. A market swine learning lab workshop was presented by leaders Jodi Cresswell and Shelly Waite.
A report was given on the county wide 4-H ham and cheese sandwich sale. All club members completed the April 1 deadline for the 4-H E-data registration deadline. A report was given by club county council representatives Abbey Cresswell and Brooke Shee.
Livestock tag day is scheduled for Saturday, May 7 at the Huntingdon County Fair Grounds. The next Alpaca Club meeting is scheduled for Saturday, April 16 at the Terrace Mountain Alpaca Farm at 11 am. A project education day will be held on Sunday, April 17 from 2-4 pm at the United Methodist Church in Cassville. A stockman’s competition training will be given by club leaders.
The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, May 9 at the United Methodist Church in Cassville, starting at 6:30 pm.
