The Southern Pride 4-H club, rabbit members met July 29th at the home of Doug and Angie Parsons for a showmanship training class. Special guest Julie Cahill of Oakridge Rabbitry from Lewistown instructed the class on showmanship steps and also what to expect during a rabbit show. Julie also had an extensive time of question and answering for the club. Julie has been showing rabbits for over 10 years and currently raises Holland Lop and Jersey Wooly rabbits. After the class the club enjoyed a wonderful lunch prepared by Angie and her daughters.
