Minnie Whinnies Model 4-H Club

Minnie Whinnies held their last monthly meeting for the season on Sunday, May 16, 2010 at the Extension Office.

All members will be signed up to show at the Huntingdon County Fair and were reminded that they should drop off their model horse with their project kit, showmanship card, and project book to Helen Boonie at the fair on Saturday, August 7th. A reminder card will be sent to everyone regarding the time to meet Helen in Johnson Hall. During fair week, at a time to be determined, the club will meet and discuss the model show results, tour the horse barns, possibly order club tee shirts and decide whether you are going to show at States in Harrisburg on Saturday, October 30th.

The next meeting will be held on Sunday, September 19th at 11:00 a.m.at the Extension Office. After a short club meeting, the club is sponsoring a Model Horse Show. The public, clulb members, former members and future members are welcome to attend. The cost is $10 per model horse for the public and $5 per model horse for club members and former club members.
