Southern Pride 4-H Club

A few of the members of the Southern Pride 4-H club met Tuesday, April6th at Precious Petals flower shop in Oribsonia. The owner, Linda Wakefield showed the girls through the shop and talked about different types of arrangements and also showed the members serveral different types of houseplans and how to transplant and separate plants. Linda and 4-H Volunteer Holly Anderson taught the girls how to arrange fresh flowers with foam or without foarm piecese and also how to make several types of bows. The members plan on meeting at the shop again later in the summer to work on projects for the Huntingdon County Fair.
