Blair and Huntingdon Counties County Council 4-H

The Huntingdon and Blair Counties County Council 4-H Club met on Wednesday, September 23rd at 7:00 pm at the 4-H Extension Office in Huntingdon, PA.

Paige Wertz called this meeting to order. Becca Davis led us in the American Pledge and Layne Reihart the 4-H Pledge. We then went over old business and discussed the upcoming dates for our 2010 Texas Exchange Trip. We then talked about the Tractor Supply Car Wash in Altoona.
We proceeded to New Business and talked about a potential fundraiser of taking a trip to the Farm Show in January. There will be more information in our upcoming Newsletters. We talked about 4-H National Conference March 20-25 in Maryland. If interested, please call Christine Corl at the Extension Office (814) 643-1660. We then voted on our new 2010 club officers. The following were elected:

Ben Lecrone - President
Logan Detwiler - Vice President
Layne Reihart - Secretary
Dustin Bailey - Treasurer
Paige Wertz - News Reporter
Becca Davis - Historian
